With over 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate finance, Dacia has worked with major firms like PwC, IBM, and Deloitte. She also co-founded and successfully ran a management consulting firm that was featured in the Profit 500 list of Canada\u2019s fastest-growing companies.\n\nHer journey into the pet transportation industry was inspired by a personal tragedy when she struggled to find transportation for her ill dog, Liam, who needed urgent veterinary care. This experience motivated her to create Paws en route in 2017, ensuring that other pet parents would never face the same challenges.\n\nDacia has been a pet parent for over 30 years, which fuels her passion for ensuring the safety and comfort of pets during transport.
